12 seconds, 16:9, cinematic fantasy. A dark scaled dragon stands on a rocky crag above a medieval coastal city. Smoke rises from orange fires between distant towers; golden sunset breaks through layered clouds. Keep the dragon's horns, wing shape and scale pattern consistent. 0–4s: a low wide view establishes the crag, city and sea. 4–9s: slowly push toward the dragon as it unfolds both wings and raises its head. 9–12s: hold the powerful silhouette against the backlit sky, with smoke moving behind it. Heavy wing movement, distant fire crackle and low wind; no speech, captions or logos. Keep one dragon, stable city geometry and a smooth camera path.

15 seconds, 16:9, a natural travel film in three shots. The same adult couple wears simple blue and rust-colored casual clothes throughout. Preserve their faces, hairstyles, shoes and relative left-to-right positions. 0–5s: close-up of their hands tying their running shoes, then cut to them walking together along a city street in soft daylight. 5–10s: a medium tracking shot follows the couple running along a forest path, matching their direction of movement. 10–15s: a wide shot shows them standing side by side at a still mountain lake; the camera eases to a stop and holds the final two seconds. Footsteps and fabric sounds connect the shots; forest ambience gives way to gentle lakeside wind. No dialogue, captions, extra people or wardrobe changes.

8 seconds, 16:9, a gentle cinematic close-up. A small round hamster with brown-and-white fur and bright dark eyes peeks out of an earthen burrow. A single candle beside the entrance supplies warm light, with cool darkness deeper inside. 0–2s: hold on the hamster's face framed by soil and fine roots. 2–6s: the hamster leans forward slightly, blinks once and makes a tiny nose movement as the candle flickers. 6–8s: it settles and looks toward the light; hold the final frame. Keep individual fur strands, eye reflections and the shape of the entrance stable. Very slow camera push-in, shallow depth of field, faint breathing and quiet earth ambience. No dialogue, text, extra animals or exaggerated motion.

Make it yours: Let small movements carry the scene; keep the camera movement subtle.

8 seconds, 16:9, live-action film. Inside a small aircraft, two adult skydivers in matching safety harnesses face each other near the open door. Preserve faces, goggles and straps. 0–3s: over-the-shoulder close-up on the woman as she looks at her partner and quietly asks in English, “Ready?” 3–6s: reverse close-up on the man, who nods and answers, “Let’s go.” 6–8s: a medium two-shot shows both turning toward the bright doorway. Engine drone and wind continue beneath clear voices. Only the current speaker moves their mouth; maintain the same doorway position and direction of light. Natural, restrained expressions, no subtitles or added people.

Make it yours: Keep lines short so gestures and reactions have room.

Preserve the lion costume, pillar spacing and roof geometry. A steady drum rhythm, cymbal accent on the landing and light wind. No extra lions, floating pillars, costume changes or abrupt camera jumps.

Make it yours: Name the landing point before describing the jump.

15 seconds, 16:9. Follow one small ginger cat through a sleeping home and into the garden at night. Begin close behind it on a quiet bedroom floor. 15 seconds, 16:9, realistic fashion short. Use the uploaded first frame to preserve the adult woman’s face, short pale bob and black tailored dress. She walks along a rainy city shopping street. A raindrop lands on her cheek; she slows, tilts her face toward the sky and gives a tiny unimpressed look. Without visible magic, the grey clouds open and warm sunlight falls across the wet pavement. She resumes walking as one final droplet slides from a shop awning. Use a gentle tracking shot followed by a close reaction shot and a wider reveal. Keep her clothing and identity unchanged. Rain ambience gives way to soft city sounds; no dialogue, captions or logos.

10 seconds, 16:9, a quiet sunlit painting studio. A medium tracking shot stays with an adult artist’s right hand and one wooden paintbrush. First the artist dips the brush into a clear jar of blue pigment water, creating a soft spreading plume. Next the hand lifts the same brush to a small canvas and lays down one horizontal blue stroke. How to write a Kling prompt

Subject + action + scene + camera + timing + sound

Subject & action

Name who does what. “A finger presses the pump once” is easier to direct than “an elegant product demonstration.”

Space & camera

Specify the light, screen direction and camera distance. Give the camera one clear movement at a time.

Pacing & ending

Split a longer brief into timed beats. Give each beat a visible change and define the final frame.

Sound & dialogue

Name the speaker, spoken language, ambience and effects. Tie each sound to the action that causes it.

Fix a prompt that misses the shot

The face or product changes

Anchor the appearance with a start image and name the features to preserve. Reduce cuts and heavy occlusion first.

Too much happens in too little time

Keep one main action per beat. Split a complex story into separate clips.

The camera ignores the direction

Describe direction, distance and the end position. Remove conflicting camera instructions.

Dialogue or effects are out of sync

Assign each line to a speaker, shorten the line and bind the effect to a visible contact.

Kling prompt questions

How do I use the prompts below the videos?

Watch the demo, then copy the editorial scene breakdown and adapt the people, setting and timing. You can edit it after loading; the current generator uses the Kling 3.0 family.

What does an image-to-video prompt need?

Upload at least one clear start image. Describe the motion and features to preserve. Loading a recipe does not attach reference media automatically.

Why can the brief duration differ from the video?

The player shows the existing clip. The brief is written from the scene and can shorten actions or split shots to fit the current model. Loading uses the creative settings on the card; the player shows the clip’s actual duration.

Can I use these prompts through an API?

Adapt them to your chosen model’s limits. This site does not yet offer a verified public Kling developer endpoint; the API guide explains availability and provider integration.
